Don't buy a new mouthpiece only to march with it on your Jupiter sousaphone only to get it all dented and dinged up again. My advice is to continue marching with your Blessing and buy a nice Helleburg style mouthpiece to use with your concert tuba.

To make the rim of a marching mouthpiece more comfortable, you can safely put clear nail polish on the areas of the rim that have dings and dents. The nail polish will fill in the scratches and such and will dry smooth.
