I too own a Kalison DS CC....it is about 10 years old in excellent condition. Since I am only a freshman in college, i don't have the most experiences in the world, but ihave found that it works well for most of my ensembles. I too questioned its ability to perform, but when i started taking my practice more seriously, the more i started like my horn. Go figure......just my thoughts...
