A display of pure reason! Maybe except for the idea of using French C tubas, which are not extremely common either.
But even if tubists have it their way with a conductor accepting 2 CC tubas, they could display some decency of taste by not hauling in their Yorkophones. Something in the YCB 621 league might prove itself, when it comes to clarity.
