This topic comes up from time to time, but I'm not aware that anyone's mentioned that the full score for the Kling "L'�l�phant et la mouche" (The Elephant and the Fly") is available as a Finale file at the website below.
This arrangement was done by L.P. Laurendeau for the Huntington Beach Concert Band and has been assigned to the public domain. I was kind of surprised to find it on a page that deals with clarinet music...
