I've tried one Yamaha/York, it was fantastic. One Nirschl 6/4, also great. Chris' HB-2P is superb. A gentleman in NY has a Hirsbrunner 6/4 BBb, it's quite remarkable, giant sound and easy response. I have not played the new Meinl-Weston "Fafner" BBb, Heiko's previous comments about it are certainly intriguing.
