Rotary Meinl-Weston 45-S, F tuba?

Any comments on the rotary Meinl-Weston 45-S, F tuba?
Does it have that "German" quality in it's sound?
How is the intonation?
What situations do you think that it would be well suited for? Orchestra? Quintet? Solo? Band?...etc.
