Todd, Doug Elliott made one, like you are describing, for me. It is a tu T Cup, a tu N 130 Rim and a T6 E shank. You may not need the "E" shank but the rest is as you describe your desired mouthpiece. This was an attempt to give me a duplicate of a Hellegerg of no name origin but probably from Bill Bell's studio which had been relieved in the throat and created a booming sound; great depth. I asked to have the tu 4n 130 rim because it matched in diameter but I wanted an easier rim on my mouth. This was it. It produces nearly the identical sound that the one I have does but it is easier on my mouth.
