If location is an issue here are a West to East run down of Metroplex repair options.
The pro players mostly use Eric Swanson in Ft. Worth.
Stefan Garmon in Arlington has a very good reputation, though he gets swamped by school repairs quite often.
I'd also suggest (as Charlie did) George at Brook Mays Pro Shop off of hwy 183. Very capable.
In Dallas, try John Burton at Mars Music at Walnut Hill & Central. He did a terrific job on my Alexander when I first got it. Top notch.
If speed is an issue, repairmen taking wholesale lots of school repairs can get in a hurry and your repair could get pushed aside. They try to make an effort to get the horn back to a player ASAP but...
These guys can all do good work, Eric's cosmetics are terrific.
