I get bell ringing on my 20K, but it never really bothered me that much. I only use the horn outside so it isn't obvious to anyone but me and it adds some color to the sound.
If I had the money I would take that small King. I like King sousaphones and it would be nice to have a small BBb for tuba Christmas, rather than trying to remember my Eb fingerings for that one time per year. It's either that or bring a double bell euphonium.
