It's kind of interesting that the highscope web site talks about movement and music and the usual Jacques-Dalcroze regimen, but studiously (forgive me) avoids the term "Dalcroze" anywhere.

Official "Dalcroze" books are expensive, too! I've got a little 176-page largish print one called "Expressive Singing: Dalcroze Eurythmics for Voice" and it goes for about 50 smackers (much of the text is fluff). I suspect that if you use the word "Dalcroze" in your materials, a fee goes to one of the Dalcroze Institutes (Abrahamson's or the one in Geneva; maybe both). This, even though the Dalcroze method is over 100 years old (1893).

I think the combination of whole body movement, solfege and improvisation could be really valuable to children and adults alike; it's unfortunate that there seems to be an effort to license the "official" method, a la Suzuki, Orff and Kodaly.
