I am looking for a piece called "A Heroic Tale," by Fred Geib. The publisher is Carl Fisher, and according to the Pepper Music website it is permanently out of print. Does anyone know where this piece still be obtained?
Also, I have an ethical question. Yes, it is illegal and some might say immoral to copy music. In the case of permanently out of print material, what are people's opinions? As the composer or his estate won't recieve any more royalties, and the publisher won't be receiving any further sale proceeds, would copying be a capital offense?
