The cheapest out there that I know that's great is the Cerveny that's on Dillon Music. There are two of them, the four valve and the five valve. The four valve is easier to play, but the 5 valve is more in tune. The four valve is recommended. It isn't the greatest of tubas, but if you work it out, it definatly projects from many people I talked to about it. Check their page out from the link on this page.
