I think I may have misspoke. The problem is with the fastening clamps, not the threaded bolts that you twist to dislodge the mouthpiece. The clamps have been rounded off, so when the pressure is put on them by twisting the bolts, it slips over the receiver instead of pushing down on it to loosen the mouthpiece. Does that make sense to anyone? I am no good when it comes to terminology; I think I am describing this in the same detail that Monet paints in, although not as eloquently...
