Find a college and college instructor in the NE area up there to host one and contact past people that have done this and good luck.
It is not an easy task to do this with all the people and vendors involved. It takes alot of effort, time and energy to make one work, countless hours.
There are only a few across that will want to put in the time to make it work.
This is not a dis, just facts.
