I agree with Bryan, leave the horn be !
If the solder bridges inhibit vibration in the horn significantly,
they may develop cracks in time...and if that happens THEN "might" be a good time
to consider their removal (although I think I would slip a sliver of mylar sheet
in the cracks to prevent possible buzzing)
b.t.w. know of any interest in the big rotary Huttl?
