Seriously though, I'm partial to symphonies 4, 7, and 8 (and maybe 9). If you're just getting into Bruckner, the 2-disc Barenboim/CSO package with 4 and 7 on it is an excellent buy (good playing and a 2-for-1 price). Check the archives for other recommendations.
Apart from his symphonies, there is a 2-disc DG Originals set of 3 masses (cond. Jochum) that is excellent.
