Well, this one ain't quite eight feet tall, but it's almost eight feet wide!! After 15-20 minutes of noodling around, I was quite unable to determine what key this thing was supposed to be in. I guess it could've been played somewhere in the neighborhood of BBb, but putting down the correct valve and buzzing the correct pitch would be no guarantee of the correct note crawling up to the edge of the bell and leaping to its death.
All things considered, a fairly miserable instrument...
