You didn't say where you purchased the horn. Some folks have strange ideas about the term 'overhauled'. Your pitch problem might be due to a great number of things. Unless you know your 'overhauler' well, you might get a second opinion before you try to fix it with a mouthpiece. Leaks in the tubing, water keys, or valves are the main cause of bad intonation. Bad piston/port alignment is also a culprit.
