They have three sizes of shells. If you send your very-carefully measured dimensions, the fit will be quite SNUG.
However, they are smart folks and if you are equally smart and give them a RANGE of length on certain particular dimensions (within a general size: 3/4 / 4/4 / or 5/4), I'm sure they can block it big enough for the larger particular dimension(s) you supply...but of course loose on that particular dimension for another model which is smaller that particular way.
