I do not own either, personally... but I have students with both. The construction seems to be comparable, with a slight nod to Yamaha. The Weril case is quite a bit heftier and it does use a large shank mouthpiece. Intonation seems to be very similar, both have the same problems. The jury is still out on valve durability.
Hope this helps, but it is just one teachers opinion. Play both and decide for yourself.
