The Laskey 30F has a wider cup diameter than the Conn 7B, but the Laskey 28H might be close to what you are looking for. You might also check out the Cooley Helleburg, which is a very similar design to the 7B (check out Floyd Cooley's website for details). It is an excellent MP!
Not as familiar with the Schilke MPs, but I would tend to agree that the Schilke Helleburg is closer to the 7B than the Schilke Helleburg II or Scilke 66.
