We both know that the PT-3 and 3301/02 are quite different in sound because of their bells -- the PT-3 is quite a bit smaller.
I'd say the 3301 is the equivalent of the PT-4, or more specifially the PT-2 CC piston tuba. Compared to either, though, the 3301's bell is just over an inch larger.
