Yes, The Artist Competitions are open to anyone, any age. This is something ITEA has wrestled with over the years, and precedence was set in 1997, when the ITEC was in Italy, hosted by Roger Bobo. That time, and in Finland in 2001, the competitions were open to anyone. When Steve Rosse has hosted his TubaMania Conferences, the same has been true. Basically, when in Europe, we are doing as most European competitions are run--like the Lieksa, etc.
