Historical Note: West of the Mississippi (as well as south of the Mason-Dixon) meals have always been referred to as breakfast, dinner, and supper. Lunch was a term contrived by those city dudes in the north and east. Some of you are too young, or not "western" or "southern" enough to know that, but that's ok. No matter what you call your meals, they are certainly important, and they are some of the bigger highlights in my day. It would be great to have a schedule similar to the one you describe, as long as fishing, golf, and other activities can be accomodated. Adult beverages whenever the mood strikes. Maybe some skirt-chasing for you single guys. We married men wouldn't have honey-do's, and we wouldn't have to hear the nagging about all the things we'd rather do instead. Red meat, real butter, heavy cream, cheese, beer, wine, tequila... All that, and you can practice and play at your leisure? Can you say "UTOPIA"?
