Rob, did you scan the document into a TIFF file first and then try to use it in Print Music?
I haven't got any experience with Print Music so I wasn't even aware that it had the recognition capability.
When you say Print Music wouldn't recognize the file do you mean you got an explicit message like "File invalid", or "cannot recognize file type" or something like that or did it just sort of sit there and look at you.
A) Not sure about Print Music's recognition capability and
B) Not sure of how One Touch stores the files - there are a lot of flavors of TIFF and I know that the recognition package that ships with full Finale is very specific about needing UNCOMPRESSED TIFF so I would assume that anything in Print Music would be equally fussy.
When I get some time this afternoon I'll take a look at the Print Music info on Finale's web site and wee if anything comes to mind.
