Hey folks,
Question from a avid hobbyist...
I am playing a MW 2155 these days with a Miraphone TU23 mouthpiece. I get a really good articulation out of the thing, tone is great, and the high to middle range is phenomenal. The problem is that there is a huge fall-off in performance starting at A below the bass clef staff and below. I lose the ability to play fortissimo in that range. Articulation is difficult and slow to respond. And from F (below the A) on down, my pitch gets really difficult to center.
1. What are you other 2155ers playing on?
2. Should I look into something larger like a TU24 or TU25? Any others I should look at?
3. Does anybody have a TU24 or TU25 that they are willing to get rid of?
