not just a random tuba....a completely DIFFERENT f tuba. he was playing a b&s pt-15 and when it broke he picked up an old sliver plated kurath f tuba. i played this same kurath for three years in school and let me tell you.... these horns are night and day from each other in the way they sound AND play. to witness that scene and still hear great music coming out of the bell(although without that sparkly german sound) was truly amazing.
