This type of question has been discussed here many times in the past. What is the point of asking why they are selling? If it's because the horn sucks do you think that they would tell you? Whatever the reason it's their business. Maybe they found a need for a larger horn, maybe they had multiple horns and needed the money, maybe they found something that worked better for them, maybe they just don't like it any more. Whatever the reason, all that matters is that it is for sale, and if it is somehting that you could use for around the asking price. Even if the horn doesn't work for them, it might be the perfect horn for you, or someone else.
