Yes, there is such a book. More than a decade ago I was asked to audition fro a guard band. Didn't work out due to physical, but they had a book that you sight read. Started easy, easy rythms and keys and became progressivly more diffucult. They rated your skills bases on how far you could go before you didn't have the skills to sight read it. They told me that I was the first person they had ever seen to sight read the entire book without having to be stopped due to error. I don't really know but perhaps the naval school of music has similar, and I don't know if they would part with a copy.
