Yes he absolutely will, but there are some considerations:
(not knowing Mr. Baer's personal situation at all, but just imagining) facing selling a nice 4 bedroom house on 1/3 acre for $130,000 and shopping for a 3 bedroom house on 1/10 acre for $475,000.
