I am an old tuba player (haven't played in probably 13 years). I would like to try to start playing again in a small church group. My problem, no tuba. I need some help, any words of "tubawisdom" regarding type, brand, where to buy, how much to spend, etc would be greatly appreciated. I used to play BB flat Yamaha in college. Could I get away with spending under $1000? Thanks.
