Sorry for the Anon. post but I promised my student "No Names". I have a student who suffers from dyslexia. I'm asking if there is anyone out there in tubaland if they have the same obstacle? Has any one in a major position had this problem, and what steps did you, or they, take to overcome this? We are progressing and my student practices, but he has been told by some other teachers that he will not be able to compete in a large market. He is a talented student who works hard. At this time he works harder than everyone else just to keep up. If you know of any resources or have any suggestions, please post them here.
