I have the Meinl Weston tuba strap. The weight of the strap is insignificant when compared to that of a full size horn. I march several times each year in long, slow processions with a Conn 20J. In the past I've used a single strap and then took lots of ibuprofen in the ensuing hours. But I'm in partial agreement with Joe S., for the really long processions, I bring a Conn 14k.
