Problem with that is, the used ones sell for 8-10K,
so there is no incentive to the factory to produce the horns
on "the cheap" AND since LeBlanc owns Holton now you can forget
about ever getting decent U.S.-built tubas outta them, let alone
for a good price. Besides, 6/4 horns are a definate nich market,
if there were so many people wanting one, why are Warren Deck's
horns still for sale? Bottom line is not many of you bozos have
FIVE grand for a decent used horn, let alone 8-17K for a grand orchestral
tuba! Sooo, how many of you out there agree or disagree ???
