The bearing is probably getting worn and needs a good "swedging" Any repair shop should be able to do that for around $25.
The other thing to try is first douse it with valve oil by pouring it through the first valve slide, that sometimes works.
you could also remove your rotor stop arm,(it's the part that you can see turning 25 degrees) and wrap the post with just a little teflon tape. Push the stop arm back on, and tighten the screw. Most noisy rotors are a little quieter after doing that.
