Practice two-octave scales, up and down smoothly and in one breath every day. If you miss the high note don't go back and pound on it. Just play a slightly lower-key scale a few times, starting at the bottom and then go on to something else. You will develop the high range gradually, and you will also develop some facility in all of the keys. Do the scales at the beginning of your practice session, and then lay off the high notes for a while while you work on other things. Then hit them again (arpeggios this time) at the end. Do not kill yourself trying for notes that you can't reach. That's like trying to lift weights that you can't lift. Give yourself a couple of years to grow, one semitone at a time.
