Just clarifying that the model we are talking about is the Willson 3400S. Is this the only model? How does one distinguish the "earlier" (e.g. the one John tried 7 yrs ago) from the latest? (Are there any to avoid?) - How different are they?
I too like a right-hand thumb 5th valve.
Q: re: the 5th valve... does it come with two slides to allow the flat tone or the other option?
OK, here's my *hypothetical question* (which may be of interest to John Szkutko as well).
If you were in ....Australia... and you wanted to give yourself the best chance of having more than one of these horns to play-test and choose from (and good service, resonable price [well, as much as is possible] ) WHERE would you go? Switzerland? USA? Which dealers would U recommend??
