Next week I will be flying from Buffalo to San Antonio for the American Legion Band Competition and my tuba will be flying in my "reinforced" (metal strips epoxied to the inside plastic) Yamaha hard case. While there, we will be rehersing every day and as I have the old style case ( huge and no wheels ) I was think of taking my gig bag to use once I am there. I would use it as a suitcase and put my clothes into it and check the bag for cargo. Has anyone had any problems sending a bag like this? I bought it a few months ago and I don't want it to get ruined. The bag is an RB and the airline is Delta if that changes anything. Thanks!
