Well, this afternoon I watched my high school's annual show off. And was impressed by the show choice this year. However, I was not impressed with what happened during the first show off...
One of the clumsy veteran's shoe laces was untied and he didn't tie it before going throught the performance. And he tripped and fell followed by someone tripping over him and the sousaphone bell over his head was crunched in. It literally was like seeing a flower close up. Needless to say it needs repair. And the guy needs step technique, plus a good pair of shoes that won't untie on him.
The joys of marching band...
(Good thing I'm marching drum corps next year.)
