I still have my late 70's vintage Besson 3 + 1 Eb tuba up for sale. 19" bell, and big leadpipe that fits any standard American shank m.p. I never had it relacquered, so it's showing some red oxidation on the bell section. The valves still have the original metal valve guides, so they're a bit noisy, I must admit. Comes in a burgundy Reunion Blues cordura gig bag. $1500 firm, plus shipping.

If interested in either horn, contact me privately. The way my back and shoulders have been feeling lately, I may get out of the tuba biz altogether. I spent the first half of my life making music - I've been spending the second half listening to it. I think the 983 might be my salvation - I'll see.
