Suppose you were going to drop in at Dillon's on Monday to test-play new King 2341's. What type (or specific model) mouthpiece would you start with?
And...what's the deal with the receiver on these beasts? All of my (very vanilla, modern, 'murican) mouthpieces seat *very* deeply (not loose, mind you - but *all* the way in).
My choices (*before* pestering Matt to borrow something):
Yamaha 69C4 (it came with my YBB-621S)
Dillon G5 (a G3 with a smaller backbore, for weakies who don't practice enough)
Doug Elliot 2N130-P5 (like the G5, but with a larger backbore)
I fear that this will turn into a "my favorite mouthpiece is ..." poll, and I suppose that's OK - but I'd prefer informed opinion on what *type* of mouthpiece best fits this instrument.
