Enjoy the horn you play! Peoples tastes are so different, the music so varied, the conditions the music is played under, outside-inside, acoustics, to say one horn is no good. or the musician would ONLY play a CC or BB is so short sighted, immature, and limits the growth and experience of those who might need help and advise. I read Steve Sykes response a few days ago on Miraphone vs Besson E flat tubas and how Miraphone made its E flat JUST to compete with Besson in British brass band circles and " it failed". Well this must be the same Steve Sykes who gets paid by Besson to endorse their horns...or at least thats what the Steve Sykes website says.... well I love my E flat Miraphone and after trying numerous tubas, I bought it from someone who doesn't get paid to push Bessons...Ford v Chevy, Lincoln v Cadillac, McDonalds V BurgerKing, blah, blah, blah
