I would suggest you try one before you bid on it. I use that exact model at my high school (brand new) and i dislike them (of course thats just me, you might like it) I think they are very slow and stuffy and have bad intonation, i use an older german tuba (about 25 years old!) at school whenever its there just to get away from the yahama.
Again, remember this is just my opinion, dont let it prevent you from bidding if you havent already you may really love it. See if you can try one first...
