Some popular duets I know of include:
The Walter Presser Duets
Seven Duets by Nehlybel
The Amstead Trombone Duets (nice, although you'll have to put most of them down an octave)
The last few pages of First Solos for Tuba by Wekselbatt inlude a few duets.
"Largo and Allegro" by Jay Krush (quite dissonant but, it's an excellent piece)
