Firstly, does anyone know of a place that will do gold plating on slides and valve caps quickly? I just bought my new horn and would like some custom work done. I don't want to quit playing it for weeks while the work is done however! Also, does anyone know who does custom leadpipes?
My second question: Does anyone double up with euphonium and trombone along with their tuba playing? I wondered if anyone has mouthpiece preferences that may work well as far as ease of transition.
