Purchasing tuba at Midwest Clinic.......

Hi guys,
well, I've made up my mind. I am going to the midwest clinic as soon as finals are over. I've already talked with many shops(brasswind, custom, tubaexchange).

My question is: When i get there and actually PICK the tuba I want to buy, will there be HARD cases there. Do they bring them along?

Also, I'd still like to hear your opinions on the various CC tubas. I've heard LOTS of good things about the Mirafone 186-5U...but would still like to get varied opinions.
