Frankly, I don't know what I'm doing either. I decided that having a career in any music field was simply not for me and now I'm sitting here wondering what I'm going to do with the rest of my life.
I'm 22 years old with no degree, a low paying/high time job, and a tuba that has sat in the corner, untouched, for six months. I've been looking to get back into school for something else, but I am very unstable about my future in music. I don't regret for one second spending all the time that I did learning and unlearning(yes, we've all been there) techniques and straight facts.
So, I am now debating whether or not to sell the tuba(to get out of debt), get on my feet and hopefully pursue music later in life after things settle down.
I really don't know what I'm going to do.
