Looks to me like a front action version of the old "Monster BBb" shown in the 1920's and older catalogs. I don't havd an accurate model number, but at one point the top action version of this same horn was a 26J (later, of course, from around 1935 to the 50's, 26J was the 4 valve, front action, recording bell model in the 2XJ series).
