Finale has "Print Music" for 69.95. The nice thing with this is it is compatible with regular Finale (to an extent) and what she would learn with it would tranfer over to regular Finale if she ever decides to move up in the future. It is not a basic print program at all. It is pretty powerful. It can do leqd sheets, scores, transpose and extract parts the whole deal.
