Is there a good First Step Tuba Book?

I know that most of you recommend lessons. Is there a good book or video of beginner's Tuba. I might take a few lessons to start me off ...... this is the mouthpiece, etc ....... I know that if I set up regular lessons, they will be interrupted by my work schedule with short notice. This happens often, so I don't think it fair to the teacher. Besides, there will be more gratification if I self teach..... Thanks
